With UCCU’s fraud restoration experts, we’ll work with you to restore your information and prevent any further damage, free of charge

If your card is lost or stolen, or you suspect you’re a victim of fraud or identity theft, call UCCU immediately and put a hold on your card account at 800-453-8188

Report Fraud or Dispute a Transaction

If any transaction was posted to your account that you didn’t authorize, no matter how large or small, it is considered fraud and should be reported as such.

Additionally, if you deliberately made a transaction that doesn’t appear correct on your statement, you may dispute it.

  1. The fastest and simplest way to dispute a transaction is through Online Banking or the UCCU Mobile App. To do so, locate the transaction in question, click on the three dots on the chosen line to open a drop-down menu, and select “Dispute transactions.”
  2. You can also stop by any of our branch locations and a UCCU representative will help you through the fraud or dispute process.
  3. If you cannot make it into a branch or are unable to dispute a charge online, call the UCCU Service Center at (800) 453-8188 and a representative will assist you in filling out the necessary forms remotely via fax, mail, or email.
  4. If necessary, UCCU representatives will also ensure you receive a replacement card as soon as possible.

Actions for Fraud Victims

When responding to any type of fraud threat, the best way to minimize both the potential damage and your own liability is to move quickly, document everything, and contact the right authorities.
