Make your loan payment on the UCCU Mobile App
How to add an External Account:
- Select “Transfers” and then “Add External Account”.
- Enter the full account number and routing number for the bank or credit union account you would like to make your UCCU loan payment.
- Verify the transaction history (two small deposits that arrive in the other account the next business day).
- Verify your external account on the UCCU mobile app with the two small deposits.
You can now make your UCCU loan payment from another account!
Make a UCCU Loan payment through your online account:
- Login to your UCCU Digital Banking online or in your mobile app.
- Select Menu, then “Transactions”, then select “Loan Payment”
- Enter the information requested including the following:
- Select the account used for payment.
- Select the loan you wish to pay down.
- Select the Payment type (pay in full, minimum payment etc)
- Enter specific loan payment (if “other amount is selected).
- Select the date for the loan payment transaction to occur.
- Select “Submit” and then “Confirm.”
