Mortgage Servicing FAQ

How do I view my loan data?

Once you have logged into your account from www.UCCU.com, click the mortgage loan tile.

This will take you to your mortgage dashboard where you can view activity, make payments, view statements, and more.

How do I access my statements or tax documents?

Select the “Documents” tab on the top of the page and then “Statements” Here you can choose Monthly Statements, Escrow Statements, and Year-End Statements.

What do I do if I have an issue with taxes or insurance?

View your latest escrow statement from the “Documents” tab.

If you have questions about your statement there are a few options for contacting our mortgage serving department.

Do I qualify to remove my mortgage insurance?

Mortgage Payment FAQ

How do I make a payment?

Select “Make a Payment”

From there, select “Make a One-Time Payment”. Click on “Add a Payment Source” where you will fill out the bank routing number and account number for the account which you would like the funds drawn from. Select “Amount” to add an additional payment such as extra principal, escrow, or fees. Click “Review Payment” to verify the payment information and then “Pay Now”

**Mortgage payments take 3 business days to process and reflect online**

How do I set up automatic payments?

Select “Never miss a payment” to set up recurring payment or “Make a Payment” and “Set up Autopay”. You will need the routing number and account number for the account you would like the funds draw from. Select “Additional Principal” to include an additional principal curtailment to the recurring payments. You can choose up to 5 delay days (6 days past the due date) Once a recurring payment is set up, this screen can used to modify or cancel the payment.

Can I set up semi-monthly payments?

Yes. Please email [email protected] or call 801-223-8221 to request a semi-monthly payment form.

How do I get a payment history?

Once you’ve clicked on the Mortgage title from the home page, under “Payment History” select “See All Payment History”

Do I qualify to recast my payments?

To inquire about recasting your mortgage payments, please email [email protected]

How do I request a payoff?

You may obtain and instant payoff through the “Documents” tab and “Payoff Statement”. You can also call 1-801-223-7304 to order a payoff by phone or email [email protected].
